Insurance Based Therapy
Prices determined by insurance plan
Work with one of our talented clinicians with your existing insurance plan. We can accept Aetna, Cigna, Tricare East, and 1199SEIU in-network, with additional insurance plans to be accepted soon! We have low cost out of network rates for NYCE (NYCE Employees PPO Plan).
Low-Fee Affordable Therapy
$50-125
We don’t believe finances should be barriers to doing great work in therapy. We offer affordable therapy rates for all income levels based on the clinician you wish to work with, particularly with our Advanced Clinical Interns.
Out of Pocket/Out of Network
$225-350
We offer out of pocket therapy for those who are not able, or do not wish, to go through their insurance benefits. If you have OON benefits, we can submit on your behalf or provide a proper superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Types of Therapy

Individual therapy is a chance for you to work through whatever you are bringing into the space, with a caring, non-judgmental therapist. Through long-term individual therapy, you could better understand yourself, navigate transitionary periods, improve symptoms, and more.

Couples therapy is for people in any stage of a relationship that could benefit from deepening intimacy and connection. We all come into relationships with histories that can interfere with the history of our loved one. We aim to understand both individuals and to support each in understanding their partner.
Please note that not all of our counselors practice couples therapy and it is best to inquire about those who do.

Whether it is a behavioral issue, symptoms of anxiety or depression, social skills or otherwise, we aim to provide holistic therapy to both the child and their parent in order to support the best outcomes in the home. You are your child’s greatest resource, so it is important for parents to be in their own individual therapy as well.
For children aged 11 and under, parental involvement is essential. For children aged 12 and older, our counselors keep session content confidential, unless it is a safety risk or the child/adolescent is open to sharing with their parent.
Please note that not all of our counselors practice child/adolescent therapy and it is best to inquire about those who do.
