Meet Brooke
Brooke Levy, Advanced Clinical Intern
I see therapy as an opportunity to explore how our inner and outer worlds are shaped by experience, culture, and the ways we’ve learned to adapt. I approach this process with respect for nuance and an understanding that each person carries a distinct lens shaped by both their innate wiring and lived experiences. My goal is to support greater self-understanding so you can live with more confidence and alignment in your experiences and relationships.
I think of myself as an empathetic detective with a flashlight—gently illuminating what’s been operating beneath the surface and supporting you in moving toward greater clarity and self-trust.
My approach is integrative, grounded in a psychodynamic lens that helps make sense of deeper patterns and origins. I draw from Internal Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, somatic approaches, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and the Enneagram. I value techniques that honor complexity, invite honesty, and help you connect with parts of yourself that may have felt hard to access or fully understand.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Cognitive Studies (Philosophy & Semantics focus) from Tulane University, and I’m currently completing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University’s CACREP-accredited program.
I look forward to being part of your exploration.
