Georgia Meyer, Advanced Clinical Intern

Accepting new clients in-person and online

I believe therapy is a collaborative process that helps us better understand ourselves, our relationships and the experiences that have shaped us. My goal is to create a warm, supportive and nonjudgemental space where clients feel safe, understood, comfortable and hopeful as they navigate life’s challenges.

My approach is informed by Psychodynamic and Gestalt perspectives, with a focus on fostering self-awareness, authentic connection and personal growth. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, college students and young adults experiencing anxiety, panic, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, trauma and life transitions.

Together, we can explore patterns in thoughts, emotions and relationships while building on existing strengths and developing new insights.I believe that everyone has a story worth understanding, and I am passionate about helping clients make sense of their experiences with compassion, curiosity and authenticity. My hope is that clients leave our sessions feeling heard, understood and more confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.
