Krys Whyte

I strive to foster a robust, supportive relationship, which leads to greater self-awareness and enhances the effectiveness of therapy. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy since each approach can examine how we change our thinking patterns, magnify life's meaning, and help clients find the tools to combat life's challenges, respectively.

As an empowered member of the LGBTQ+ community, I hope to support clients from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and identities – including those who identify as non-binary and trans. I work with adults and teens, helping all clients grow and prosper in their mental health journey.
