Meet Lily

Lily Dean, Advanced Clinical Intern

I aim to create a therapeutic space that is supportive, caring, and encouraging, where clients feel safe to explore both challenges and possibilities. I hold a deep appreciation for learning about each person’s interests, aspirations, and unique life experiences, and I approach therapy as a collaborative process where growth happens through connection and self-discovery.

I am especially interested in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, as well as those striving for balance in high-achieving or performance-driven environments. I believe therapy can help clients build confidence, find clarity, and move toward greater purpose and autonomy in their lives.

I am committed to delivering empathetic, person-centered support that promotes healing, resilience, and long-term well-being. My clinical interests are informed by psychodynamic perspectives, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am drawn to integrative approaches that honor both reflection and action, and I value authenticity and connection as the foundation for meaningful progress. Most importantly, I hope clients leave our sessions feeling supported, understood, and empowered in their personal growth.
